How buying works
Three steps, one payment
The reports are attached to your account, not to the device. That is how the PDF can open on a laptop after the photo was measured on a phone. Only the measurements are stored.

Use a free tool first
Measure your face or find your season. Nothing is charged until you choose a report.

Sign in with a code
A six-digit code by email, or Google where it is configured. No password, no marketing list.

Pay once with Polar
Polar handles the card and the receipt. We never see your card details, and there is no renewal.

Read the report and keep the PDF
The report opens in your account and downloads as a PDF. The bundle unlocks both reports.

Before you pay
Is this a subscription?
No. Each report is a single payment. There is no renewal, no stored card and nothing to cancel.
What happens to my photo?
It is never uploaded. The report is built from the measurements, which are stored only if you save the result.
Can I get a refund?
If a report fails to open or download, email hello@visagemap.com and we will fix it or refund that purchase.
Do I need an account?
Yes, for a paid report, because the report has to belong to someone. The free tools work without one.
Is a report medical advice?
No. It is styling information based on measurements. It does not diagnose anything and does not recommend procedures.
